This is quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered, and that is saying something. I don't have a problem with the fact that their customer service teams seem to be located in three different countries, but the fact that the guy with the Southern United States accent told me my order would be shipped out in 3-5 business days yesterday and the guys in Bangalore told me it would be 7-10 today is not a great indicator of success.
