We have been going into our 4th month with a broken air conditioning unit. HMS has been contacted numerous time, which resulted to non-call back, ordering wrong parts constantly, using horrible contractors who never gets the job done but yet, HMS wants to collect monies quickly. HMS never calls back like they say they will n=but, I will get a status or movement after I do a status check. They have no cares in the world about the paying customers and cutomers in need. We have been living in 95 degree weather and they just dont care about the customer. read full review »
