I had a hospital bill get turned into them that should have been paid because I am on the pap program with the hospital. I just had back surgery and this Kay woman called me everyday being VERY unprofessional !!! I got the bill fixed. Called to tell her it was a mistake and she was still soooo rude !!! I will report them to the BBB, not that it will help, but SOMETHING needs to be done !!! they harrsed my Dad until the day he died !!! They NOT gonna do it to me !!! I wish I knew who and where she is. I'd tell her a thing or two TO HER FACE !!! read full review »
