I wish to file a complaint against DISHTV DTH Service. On 7th of Nov 2009, After getting the advice from DISHTV customer care i recharged my DISH TV package for Rs.740. The advice given my the representative was that i had to resharge for Rs.740 to avail the offer of ZRZR wherein Rs.40 would be deducted for downgrading charges from Platinum package to silver package.
