Just a little intro, and the problem follows. The phone was purchased in second week of October (October 9th, 2009). It started giving problems with touchpad. The next week the phone was taken to NokiaCare where they upgraded the software version. The problem continued & next time they again said that this problem has been improved in newer version, and upgraded a few times. This process is still continuing & not being resolved at all.
