I went to check the balance on my checking account and noticed that it was -850, 000 dollars. I called customer sevice and it turned into 1.5 hour and 5 different people telling me they couldnt understand it. I finally got ahold of someone from the fraud department that said the bank decided to end the relationship based on something from my credit report. I was never notified of the attempt to close my account and now i have to go without my funds (over 5000 dollars) for 15 days to process the closure.
