I applied for and received a loan modification, on my home loan with Country Wide in Dec. 2008. Bank of America took over my loan in April 2009. I immediately began receiving letters form B of A regarding applying for the same modification, saying they needed additonal financial information. I have sent them the same information several times, and was notified that it was received. The last letter received and the information returned May 2010.
