We have stayed at a number of KOA's and this was the last straw for us. On a recent trip to Niagara Falls, we stopped for several days at the Butler Mohican KOA in Butler, Ohio. It was the worst. The owners, Terri and Dan Wiencek were absolutely clueless regarding the running of a campground. When we arrived, there was no one in sight. The KOA Campground Store Sign listed the hours of operation from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Since we were told that check-in was after two p.m. that is when we arrived.
