It's rather strange how I came across the complaint copied below as I was doing a local search, but I have to say this: It sickens me to know that there are landlords out there like this... the person described as the landlord in this message obviously was up to no good. Furthermore, what really compelled me to write this was that I actually made contact with this person once. At first, I must admit that I didn't know what to think of her, one way or another.
