NECC is a telecom company having many of us as their long-distance plan customers. Unfortunatley, NECC is a big fraud!! If you are one of their customers, they are scamming you so neatly that you won’t suspect a thing. I noticed this by pure coincidence: In every bill there are phone calls that were also charged in the previous bill!
