This company came into town, their representatives stated they would cover all my mother's medications. So, I switched her provider. Now, medication after medication is being dropped as no coverage or requires a PA that never seems to arrive at their location. The service agents will not talk to me then when my mother asks them to speak to me there is a form that has to be mailed. I guess she should have to die for them to pay for her medications.
