I have tried unsuccessfully since July 23, 2010 to resolve a very simple matter to obtain a lien release from US Bank, corporate office in Wisconsin. When Other financial institutions share their disdain with working with this bank and after reading numerous customer complaints about the customer service and loan departments, I am not surprised that I had the experience I had.
