Be very careful if you deal with this company. So far with in a year the compnay has chaged the name and all phone numbers. The renters were only to contact them with a problem via e-mail... the web page has been gone since May. the phone number is no longer in service... but when the renters did not pay the rent due to an issue they needed taken care of, they were issued an eviction notice on the 16th day of that month.
