Going in the door it was represented to me that they would screen the leads. Also I was told there would be about three to four professionals I'd be competing with. In fact I discovered that I had to pay for any lead that had been given me. Also my customers enlightened me to the fact that more than nine other professionals at one time were being given the lead.
