Purchased the General plan to cover the AC, when the AC went out, they tried to say I purchased the Essential plan, which did not cover the AC. I have documentation to prove what I purchased. They will not send anyone out and refuse to correct their mistake. They quickly offered a refund, which I have yet to receive and it's been over a month!
