Paid off a 2004 Dodge truck on 4/21/2010 have never received the title. Have been told by rude customer service first they still didn't have the title from the DMV, then it was mailed in June and if I didn't receive it I will have to call another number, give them a credit card and they will send a duplicate title for $25.00. Asked to speak to supervisor who then told me they would mail another title out on July 9, 2010 at no cost and I would receive it in 7 - 10 days.
