I had cancelled my order with them on the same day the order was placed as I found it cheaper elsewhere. They sent it anyway thtough UPS and left it on my front door without my acceptance. They agreed to deduct the difference and said that confirmation would be emailed. I never received the confirmation, no reply on phone calls or emailed complaints. I have requested a pick-up and refund with absolutely no responses. My credit card has been charged. I cannot believe the shadiness of this company. I had taken delivery of the cheaper order. I had no confirmation from Cymax. Any ideas on how to fix this problem? read full review »
