Costco Merchant Service

We subscribed merchant service from Costco for our business because we like Costco and we buy everything from Costco. At the beginning, the Merchant Service is called Nova, later it changed to Elavon. This Elavon is so lousy, they will do everything to rip off their customers. Elavon Merchant Service

We closed our business on May 15. On July 2nd, we saw a charge of $20 from Elavon for June (no transactions at all). So, we called them and found out that it was the "minimum charge". OK, we didn't pay attention to the fine lines, our fault. We asked them to close the account right away. On Aug. 3rd, we get charged another $20. We called them again and they said the account was not closed because of the problem of the fax. We were surprised, they got all our information, if there were problems why didn't they contact us?
