We scheduled an appointment with Sears Appliance Service to come out and check out our Kenmore gas range. The appointment was scheduled for August 11, Wednesday between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. On the preceding Tuesday, we received a call from Sears to confirm the date and time. We confirmed it.
