I requested service to repair refrig. via Sears website 7/25/10, Fridge is under warranty, First repair man, who came on 7/28/10, was not given appliance specs from Sears and billed me $420 to order new compressor. Attempt #2 came 8/5 - compressor shipped was a used one packaged as new so now I am set up for Attempt #3 set for 8/12/10, services man arrives after the scheduled time and is here until 7pm installing new compressor, by morning of 8/13/10, fridge is still not cooling, Called Sears customer service and resolution desk... read full review »
