I ordered this product and paid the $4.95 shipping. About 10 days later called the customer service number to cancel and receive the RMA # needed to return product. Again seven days later called to request the same an RMA# and cancellation. Both times received some foreignor on the other end with very broken English that only wished to push promotions on you. 3 days later sent an e-mail to the site listed on package and 8 days later have still not received a reply. I am praying that I can get the refund of $ 99.67 as stated in their policy now that I find there is another number to call. Will advise but this company and their product both suck read full review »
