I may be a 70 year old senior, Italian but I'm not stupit. I started with Directv April 10, 2010 and have had nothing but a run around from day one. I been being given nothing but double talk from customer services and a total unconcern to assist in solving any problem including incorrect charges and billing. Seniors Beware of Directv . . . I signed up for Directv 10 April 2010 -- even tho they advertised Free Delivery and No Charges for installation I was charged $21.90 handling fee -- I was told I would be reimbursed -- it never happened. Even with my Rebate Coupon they charged me for my first month of service $67.90. I have never recovered to date or been credited any over-charges.
