We bought this computer at wal-mart about 3 months ago. The programs you installed on the computer is not user friendly and to even activate them they want a product key in which we do not have. You can keep your Windows 7 because it is useless. I have HP products and I can't use them on this HP product because it is not compatible with Windows 7. I'm not going out and buying new printers when my printers are perfectly fine. How do I uninstall Windows 7 and install a more user friendly version? read full review »
