Watch your wallet. Banfield never notifies you to renew your first annual contract, so you may think you are going month to month. Wrong! They renew it automatically and regard each renewal as a new 12-month commitment. Even if you signed the initial contract years ago, they won't let you go without paying through to your next annual renewal date and/or settling any "balance" that you have with them.
