I ordered 2 pairs of shoes online from the Sears website and only received 1 pair. I called and the computer said it showed 2 pairs on the invoice, my guess is that someone in the shipping dept screwed up, but since it showed 2 pairs on the invoice there was nothing I could do. I will not be purchasing anything from Sears for a long, long time. read full review »
