In February of 2010 I missed two payments with Bank of America on my mortgage. In April BOA sent me a letter requesting that I chose from the options they provided two help with my situation. I actually selected two options and put my house on the market and try to do a modification on my loan. BOA sent me the necessary paperwork to do fill out for the modification, I set the first group of papers back in May. then in May they requested more info which I returned by June 23, 2010.
