I bought a new TV, blueray DVD and Home Cinema kit from Sony France - articles KDL40EX700AEP, UWA-BR100, BDPS370B.EC1 et HTCT350AEP because they offered free delivery and installation. This was on 21 June. They did deliver and installed the kit on 6 July. Unfortunately for me, the installers were incompetent and in a hurry and they did not install things properly.
