Gas grill that doesn't heat up . Called onJune 14th to have a tech come out and service it since I have a maintenance contract on it. He came on 6-24 and ordered parts said he would be back on July 8th. There was a no show on the 8th I called and they said not all the parts were in, then they arrived and scheduled 7-23 to come that was another no show as they over booked. Finally came on July 27th put the parts in and left. Went to use it on the week-end and it wouldn't heat up to over 200 degrees. Same problem as was there in the... read full review »
