Ordered engraved pens for a trade show. Charged approx. $950 for 900 pens engraved pens and to be delivered on time. I was concerned about not receiving the pens during that week and they kept saying no problem. 2 days before the event when again I called them they told me the pens would not be shipped for 2 weeks. They told me that they could get me almost the same pens if I was willing to pay 1/2 the cost of 2 day shipping.
