We hired Compass Van Lines to move us from FL to MD. They stole our $5k TV and several other things. We paid them to set up our furniture as well and they refused to put anything together and left everything there because they said they were Jewish and couldn't work after sundown. It is a LONG arbitration process that is time consuming and costly to get ANY money back. DO NOT USE COMPASS VAN LINES...they are out to steal items.
