Bought whole set when product first came out. Bought extra battery as recommended by other customers before me. Under two years my biggest frustration is the battery life. Absolute crap. Trimmer string doesn't automatically feed. I have a very small front yard, and two batteries barely handle it. So, after 15 minutes waiting for someone to answer their customer service number, they tell me the best they can do is put in an order for me to purchase a new blower & trimmer with the new better battery.
