We filed a claim on our roof back in May, 2010. We turned the check over to American Shingle on May 3, 2010. The check was chashed the next day. The job was scheduled for June 8, 2010 and our roof is still not done. This company is very hard to contact and they will not return our messages. We cancled the job on the 25 of July and we were supposed to recieve a letter to sign within 10 days and today is August 16, 2010 and we still have not recieved that letter.
