I purchased a car using ebay because of their guarantee.I was told to send money to their agent and the car would be delivered to me in 5 days this was july 7.I then received an e-mail stating the transaction was cancelled because their agent was in a serious car accident.They told me to go back to moneygram and get my money back.I then went to moneygram and they said money was already picked up and they could not give me my money back.I have been e-mailing since July with no results they will not answer back to me.I have lost $2500.00.Unfortunately on their website their is no way to call them or file complaint E bay is a total ripoff read full review »
