This Platinum Online Group did a unauthorized transaction of $99.67 out of my account without my permission, twice, now. I have called this 8182559973 number and all I get is no help and the message operator with lies from them. When I ask for a supervisor or manager, they tell me that there is no manager there. I have left numerous of calls and I went to their online customer service site, which doesn't work either. They are a scam! SO WATCH OUT FOR this company. read full review »
