My first complaint is concerning getting Wave Nouvea in June and not having any curl definition at all. When I went back I was told the rollers were to large but it could be re-roded in another 2 weeks. My head was a mess and I ended up spending $69 for shampoo, blow dry and curl. Two weeks later I went back and had my color redone. The color was put on and left on for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
