Hotel caters to loud boisterous, drunken nightcluber. Fire alarm woke us up twice and we had to run down 4 flights of dangerous crowded stairs to find that the drunks set off the alarm. Yet my daughte on the 9th floor never heard the alarms. If it had been a fire, noone on the upper level would have been saved! The reception seemed unconcerned. Whn I complained, they said they were sorry and offered me 10% off my bill!
