I was set to have my services installed on 08/16/2010. The timeframe given to me for the installer to show up was 12-4. I got a call at 2:50 saying that there were delays and that the installer would be arriving at my home in two hours. I called Direct tv at 5:15 to let them know that no one showed up and they said they would contact the local office and that someone would call me within 15 minutes later. 30 minutes passed and no one called me so I called again and spoke to the rudest customer service rep i've ever dealt with.
