Miss Janet Johnson, On January 31st, 2009, I contacted someone in your customer service department. I obtained this number from a missed phone call and I called back. I regret to say that I failed to get the name of the lady that I spoke with. She spoke with a foreign accent. I told her that I was interested in signing up for the government grant program. She told me that she could sign me up on the phone. I agreed and was supposedly signed up to receive a CD and an information package.
