I paid off my Belk account online back in April which included having a $10 charge assessed. The next day WFNNB charged me a late fee. Then a month later I found that they did NOT pay off the account and only applied $10 fee to my account. So then I have another late fee and the harassing phone calls start. As many as 10 a day starting at 8:05 AM until 8:50 PM. They've even called a number that is identified as a work # which I've read is unscrupulous. Still getting no where with them & it's mid August and they're still charging me late fees because I refuse to pay them when I already paid it off in April. read full review »
