I bought a book very cheaply and cancelled my membership shortly thereafter. I took me two bank statements to notice their membership fees of 29 bucks a month. I called and talked to a Lourdes who said she would cancel my membership immediately and refund the two charges. She gave me a confirmation number(I was reading this webpage as I was talking to her, ) and said it will take five to seven business days for the refund to show up. We will see.
