After signing up for Direct TV for 24 months and being given a quote that included Free NFL Ticket for this year and 5 months of movie channels with a guaranteed price for 12 months and getting everything installed we get an email telling us that if we do not sign up for Direct Pay they will charge us $10 per month extra for the HD service. I called and had to explain it to 5 different people, 2 of whom were supervisors.
