I have been with Verizon for probably 20years. I had wireless and internet. My newly purchased cell phone ( under 3 months) went belly up on Friday. I went into a store on Saturday to be told that since it is a 'warranty' issue they cannot give me a cell out of their inventory. I, instead would have to be withouth a phone until Tuesday when it was 'sent' to me. In addition, in this same time frame i ordered a 'landline'. It was supposed to be turned on in 24 hours.
