No warning of outrageous fees! Bill purposely leaves one number off so you cannot call them directly. $69.72 for what most companies would only bill, maybe $10. Would never have used them but supposedly 10 min for one dollar...and cell phone would not work at the time and place. I am also complaining to California DOT. read full review »
