I reveiwed my bank statement today.. I was charged $68.13 on Feb. 12, 2009., plus $1.39, plus on Feb. 2, 2009, was billed $.06 plus the original $2.95 I was supposed to be charged. Now they say they can't refund the money to e-mail grantsupportguide, and address it to Jarvis, who would refund my money. I will call consumer protection about this. And I want my money refunded.
