Internet is down since a month now. No body seems to bother for the customer. Absolute lethargic approach. Totally irresponsible organisation. Nobody seems to have any clue about the issue. No resolution is expected from these people. From the call centre executive to the area service manager (Mr. Rahul T.) to the Mumbai region Nodal Officer (Mr. Vikas Bhosale) all are useless.
