I order the above product on the 8th of Jan and they took payment on the 9th. I heard nothing from them and it was only when I chased them for a expected delivery date that I was informed the product in question was out of stock and they could not indicate when they would be able to fulfill the order. As they were unable to provide me with a estimated delivery date they offer me a refund. Which I accepted. This refund was offered to me on 25th Jan. However despite chasing them on numerous occasions on the telephone and via email I have still to receive any refund todays date is the 19th Feb. read full review »
