I have an Acer computer that I love. I started having trouble with the LCD, my service maintenance agreement was about to expire so I took it back to Best Buys. They told me it would be back in 2 - 3 weeks. I called the other day, they replaced some parts, still not working . . . waiting for more parts. It has now been 26 days and its Saturday.
