I have purchased movil mobile on 9th of Jan. 2010. I have faced problem with touch screen on 27 of Jan 2010. I have reported to Mr. Vijay from Movil. According to his suggession, I have gone to Accel service Center. They have changed touch screen. After 4 days, again have had faced same problem. I wasnt able to call. Its a manufacturing defect in that mobile thats the reason facing similar problem. And it is persisting beacause of the manufacturing defect only. But service person ie.
