I took my computer to Staples/Easy tech for some virus removal and was told that I'd be better off buying one of their new computers. Not knowing better I did purchase one that was on sale. And I needed them to transfer my files from my old computer to the new one. They said that they could have it done in 3 days and I could pick them back up at that time.
