Attempted to book a hotel room through this site on a Monday for a Thursday through Sunday stay. By Wednesday I had still not reveiced confirmation that the room was booked or recieved an itinarary. (This is not a complaint as their terms of service state that a confirmation will be received in up to 72 hours.) Late Wednesday I received a call informing me that they were unable to reserve the room. I asked why they couldn't reserve it since they advertised it as available.
